Vince: What's with you lately?

빈스: 요즘 너 왜 그래?

Keith: Why do you ask?

키스: 왜 그렇게 묻는 거야?

Vince: You've been in an unusually good mood.

빈스: 평소 같지 않게 기분이 좋잖아.

Keith: Do you think that's bad?

키스: 그게 나쁘다는 거야?

Vince: No but it's unlike you.

빈스: 그런 건 아니지만 너답지 않아서.

Keith: You mean I'm usually unhappy?

키스: 네 말은 내가 평소에 유쾌해 하지 않았다는 거야?

Vince: Of course not but I've never seen you this happy.

빈스: 물론 그건 아니지. 하지만 네가 이렇게 기분 좋은 건 처음 봐.

Keith: Are you saying I'm an open book?

키스: 내가 단순한 사람이라는 말이야?

Vince: Yes. You can't hide your feelings.

빈스: 응. 넌 감정을 못 숨기잖아?

Keith: You're right. Especially when I'm in love.

키스: 그건 맞아. 사랑에 빠졌을 때는 더 그래.

*to be in a good mood: 기분이 아주 좋다.

“I’m always in a good mood on pay day.”

(난 월급날이면 늘 기분이 좋아.)

*unlike (one): (누구)답지 않게.

“It is unlike the teacher to be late for class.”

(수업에 늦는 건 선생님 답지 않지요.)

*(one) is an open book: 복잡하지 않은 사람. 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 사람.

“My husband thinks I’m an open book, but I don’t think that’s true.”

(남편은 제가 복잡하지 않은 사람이라고 생각하는데 전 아닌 것 같아요.)
