(Mark is on the telephone talking to his apartment manager…)

Mark: Lee I have problem with my rent this month.

Lee: What's the problem?

Mark: I'm short this week on my paycheck.

Lee: Oh what happened?

Mark: I was out two days with a knee injury and lost two day's pay.

Lee: How can I help you?

Mark: I'd like to pay $725 now and the balance of $50 in two weeks.

Lee: That's okay. Are you up and about?

Mark: Yes but I walk with a little limp. I took a spill getting out of the shower.

Lee: Well I hope you feel better.
