[오늘의 생활영어] the way I see it, …

(Paul is helping Tina and Chris move into their new apartment … )

Tina: Chris do you think we should put the piano here in this corner?

Chris: You got me.

Tina: I'm not sure where to put it.

Paul: Where do you want me to put these books?

Tina: Oh the books go in the office.

Chris: We should put the rugs down before we bring in any furniture.

Tina: Yes let's do that.

Chris: Paul where do you think we should put the piano?

Paul: Well, the way I see it I think it should be over by the big windows.

Tina: Paul, you have a good eye. That’s where we’ll put it.

* (something) goes (somewhere): ~자리는 ~이다

“The spoons and forks go in the drawer on your right.”

* (one) has a good eye: 눈썰미가 있다

“Your sister has a good eye for interior design.”
