Mother: Have you heard anything from your job interviews?

어머니: 입사 면접 본 거 연락 온 거 없니?

Audrey: Not yet and I probably won‘t.

오드리: 아직 없어요. 아마 안 올 거에요.

Mother: How many places did you go to yesterday?

어머니: 어제 몇 군데나 갔었니?

Audrey: I left my resume at six companies.

오드리: 회사 6곳에 가서 이력서 냈어요.

Mother: What’s wrong? You seem a little on edge.

어머니: 왜 그래? 좀 초조해 보인다.

Audrey: I don‘t think I’ll ever get a job.

오드리: 직장 못 잡을 것 같아요.

Mother: Well you said all your interviews went well and you have resumes at several places.

어머니: 아니 면접 다 잘 보고 회사 여러 곳에 이력서 냈다며.

Audrey: What‘s the point mom?

오드리: 엄마 그게 무슨 소용이에요.

Mother: The point is you will get a job if you don’t give up.

어머니: 요점은 포기하지 않으면 직장을 잡을 수 있다는 거지.

Audrey: You‘re right. There’s nothing to do but wait.

오드리: 맞아요. 기다릴 수 밖에요.
