[오늘의 생활영어] come to think of it; 생각해 보니 그러고 보니

Two friends are having lunch.

Elliot: I'm glad the weekend is here.

Sam: Why? What are your plans?

Elliot: I'm taking work home. I'm under a lot of pressure to come up with some new ideas.

Sam: Then why are you happy the weekend is here

Elliot: I won't have to get up early.

Sam: Come to think of it you've been working a lot of weekends.

Elliot: Yeah. It seems that way doesn't it?

Sam: You know it isn't good for your health.

Elliot: It should stop when I get this project finished.

Sam: If it doesn't you should put your foot down.
