Jim: Do you know where David is?

짐: 데이빗 어디 있는지 알아?

Roger: Beats me. I don't know where he is.

라저: 몰라. 어디 있는지 모르겠는데.

Jim: He's late.

짐: 데이빗이 늦네.

Roger: He's always late and he lives the closest to the school.

라저: 데이빗은 학교에서 제일 가까이 사는데 항상 늦어.

Jim: Time and again he's always late.

짐: 한 두 번도 아니고 항상 늦어.

Roger: You should have a talk with him.

라저: 데이빗하고 얘기를 좀 해.

Jim: I will. If you see him tell him I want a word with him.

짐: 그러려고. 데이빗 보면 나하고 얘기 좀 하자고 전해 줘.

Roger: Did he call you to tell you he was going to be late?

라저: 늦을 거라고 전화는 왔어?

Jim: No he didn't.

짐: 아니 전화 안 왔어.

Roger: You need to tell him his job is on the line if he continues to be late.

라저: 계속 늦으면 일을 그만둬야 될 수도 있다고 말해야겠네.
