Miriam: What time do you usually get up?
Sally: I get up at seven.
Miriam: How do you wake up?
Sally: It's usually when the alarm goes off.
Miriam: What time do you set the alarm for?
Sally: Seven o'clock every day of the week.
Miriam: Do you get up immediately?
Sally: No. I lie there for a few minutes until I can pull myself together.
Miriam: Is this your normal routine?
Sally: Oh yes…holidays weekends and even when I'm sick.
