(Roger is talking to his friend Doug on the telephone…)

Roger: Did you feel that earthquake yesterday?

Doug: No. what earthquake?

Roger: There was an earthquake yesterday morning. You didn't feel it?

Doug: No I must have slept through it.

Roger: It shook me to my bones. It was scary.

Doug: Really?

Roger: You are a sound sleeper Doug. You don't hear or feel anything.

Doug: That's right. Was there any damage to your house?

Roger: A few pictures fell off the walls but that was all.

Doug: Well that's good. Hey why don't you come over and we'll play some poker tonight?
