[오늘의 생활영어] way too (plus an adjective); 너무, 과도하게

(Susan is talking to her friend Roberta … )

Susan: Do you want to play tennis today?

Roberta: No way!

Susan: Why not?

Roberta: It's way too hot. It's over 90 degrees out there.

Susan: So what do you want to do?

Roberta: Let's walk around an air-conditioned mall.

Susan: Now you're talking. I'll drive.

Roberta: Which mall do you want to go to?

Susan: The new mall that just opened is so far away.

Roberta: Yes. It is a ways away. Let's go to the one near the beach.
