(Lisa comes home from school and is greeted by her mother Jean…)

Jean: How was school today?

Lisa: Terrible! I hate school!

Jean: Something really bad must have happened.

Lisa: Yes and I'm not going back!

Jean: What happened?

Lisa: Mr. Lee made me stay after school for talking in class.

Jean: I think you're being a drama queen today.

Lisa: You always stick up for the teacher.

Jean: Are you telling me you didn't have it coming.

Lisa: No but I didn't know he have eyes in the back of his head.

*stick up for (someone):

"I didn't believe her but I stuck up for her."

*have it coming: 벌 받을 일을 하다.

"You haven't done anything I told you to do. You have it coming."

*have eyes in the back of (one's) head:

"Don't try anything because I have eyes in the back of my head."
