Paul: How is the soup coming along?

Alexis: (giving Paul a spoon) Taste it.

Paul: It could use just a little more salt.

Alexis: Okay. Did you remember to pick up some bread?

Paul: Yes. (looking in the shopping bag) Oh no! It's not in the bag.

Alexis: We have to have bread with dinner tonight.

Paul: (looking at the receipt) I paid for the bread. It's on the receipt.
