(Johanna is talking to Marcy on the phone … )

Marcy: Hello.

Johanna: Hi Marcy, it's Johanna.

Marcy: Oh, hi Johanna. What's up?

Johanna: Marcy I'm not going to be able to make it to your party on Saturday.

Marcy: Oh no. Why?

Johanna: My sister is coming into town to visit.

Marcy: She's welcome to come to the party too.

Johanna: Really?

Marcy: Sure. The more the merrier.

Johanna: Okay. I'll call her now and tell her about it.
