[오늘의 생활영어] plans are up in the air; (결정, 계획 등이) 아직 불확실하다

(It's Friday and Jim is talking to Roger at work… )

Jim: So what are you doing this weekend?

Roger: My plans are up in the air.

Jim: If the rain holds up I hope to play some golf. Do you want to play?

Roger: No. You know I'm not into golf. It's not my game.

Jim: How's your leg? You hurt it last week, didn't you?

Roger: It's on the mend. It's getting better.

Jim: Good.

Roger: I'm just going to stay home and do some reading and writing.

Jim: That sounds like a relaxing weekend.

Roger: So I'll see you on Monday.
