(Julie is at school talking to her co-worker Erica … )

Julie: I need to take the day off tomorrow.

Erica: Why?

Julie: I have to see my doctor.

Erica: What about?

Julie: My knee is acting up again.

Erica: Who's going to teach your classes for you?

Julie: I'll ask Marilyn to cover for me.

Erica: How did you hurt your knee?

Julie: I hurt it playing tennis.

Erica: Maybe you should get into swimming. It's less stressful on the body.
