[오늘의 생활영어] (one) is off to (a particular place); (누가 특정한 곳에) 가다
(It's one-thirty and Julie is leaving work while Dave is coming back from lunch…)(오후 1시 30분.
Dave: Hi Julie. Where are you going?
Julie: I'm off to feed the meter.
Dave: Why don't you park in the parking lot?
Julie: The parking lot is full.
Dave: I'll walk with you. So how do you like working here?
Julie: Well, it's only been one week but everyone has been so nice and helpful.
Dave: That's good.
Julie: Working here beats working at my other job.
Dave: Was it bad there?
Julie: It was a zoo. It was so noisy with no air conditioning in the summer and no heat in the winter. I hated working there.
