[오늘의 생활영어] (one) is wiped out; 녹초가 되다

(Eric comes home from work and is greeted by his wife Grace … )

Grace: Why are you dragging your feet?

Eric: I'm wiped out.

Grace: Did you have a rough day at work?

Eric: Yes. It was terrible!

아주!

Grace: I'm all ears.

Eric: Well my computer wasn't working.

Grace: Really?

Eric: And I lost two important reports that my boss wanted.

Grace: Did your boss get angry?

Eric: Yes. I feel like I want to stay in bed for a month.
