(코리아타운뉴스) Easy Runners Marathon Class Taking Applications

Orange County-based marathon club Easy Runners, which has produced 49 competitors at the Boston Marathon over 18 years, is offering a set of classes from June 11 to July 9 at Cerritos Community Regional Park.

The class will be held every Sunday from 7 to 9 a.m. as the students will learn about ▶how walking and running helps, proper attire for running ▶physiology of running, proper drinking method, nutrition and health management and running form and mechanism ▶preventing and treating injuries from running, treatment and stretching ▶fundamentals of running a 5k marathon.

The coaches at East Runners will also provide hands-on training for the students.
