Charlie: Don have you lost weight?
찰리: 단 살을 뺀 거야?
Don: Yes I have.
단: 응 그랬어.
Charlie: How are you doing it?
찰리: 어떤 방법으로 하고 있는 거야?
Don: I'm doing a lot of walking. I started walking thirty minutes a day.
단: 많이 걷고 있지. 하루에 30분씩 걷는 걸로 시작했어.
Charlie: How much are you walking now?
찰리: 지금은 얼마나 걷고 있어?
Don: I've worked up to one hour a day.
단: 하루 한 시간씩까지 늘렸어.
Charlie: That's great! Good for you!
찰리: 굉장한데! 잘했어!
Don: And I feel great. I have so much more energy now.
단: 기분도 좋아. 기운도 훨씬 많이 나고.
Charlie: I want to drop some weight.
찰리: 나도 살 좀 빼고 싶은데.
Don: Walking is a good and easy way to start.
단: 걷는 게 쉽고 좋은 시작인 것 같아.
