Sharon: What's the problem this time?

Helen: He promised we'd have dinner last night but he didn't show up.

헬렌: 어젯밤에 저녁 먹기로 약속해 놓고는 안 나타났어.

Sharon: Why? Did he forget or was he too busy at work.

샤론: 왜? 약속을 까먹은 거야 아님 일 하느라 너무 바빴던 거야?

Helen: He said he had to work late but I have my doubts.

헬렌: 늦게까지 일했다고는 하는데 난 의심스러워.

Sharon: What makes you think he's not telling you the truth?

샤론: 사실대로 말 안 한다고 생각하는 이유가 뭔데?

Helen: I know he works hard and sometimes works late but there is no reason why he can't call me!

헬렌: 열심히 일하고 가끔 늦게까지 일하는 것도 아는데 전화도 못한다는 게 말이 안 되잖아.

Sharon: I understand. Are you going to break up with him?

샤론: 이해해. 그래서 대런하고 헤어지려고?

Helen: I wish I knew but I don't have the slightest idea.

Sharon: It seems like you two have a lot of problems.
