Nick Vujicic: A Man without Limbs

Eunice Kim / 11. Arnold O. Beckman High

This month has been the time of excitement for many Korean churches in Southern California; it was the time for a special guest to visit. The Milal Mission team "a group dedicated to serve people with special needs through the sharing of the Gospel of Christ" organized for the special guest to visit the Korean churches and to change the hearts of many. Nick Vujicic the special guest is a man without limbs.

For years Nick Vujicic has been visiting many different people around the world to spread the word of God. Even though he does not have arms and legs he still has the courage to speak in front of hundreds of people and to help build confidence in many people.

"When my aunt first told me about this I didn't want to go" said Jacob Kim a freshman at Cypress High School. "Eventually I was forced to go. However after I heard what Nick had to say I was glad I went. I never regretted not hanging out with my friends because what Nick Vujicic said changed me a lot."

Jacob was not the only person who had a emotional transformation after experiencing the visit from Vujicic.

On Vujicic's website many people have written stories about their transformed lives.

"The people thank Nick Vujicic about reminding them what God has done for them" said Minyoung Kim a sophomore in Cypress High School. "Just by reading the stories online I know how amazing Nick Vujicic is."

The main slogan that Nick Vujicic uses is "Life without Limits." He inspires many people to just be thankful for what they have and to not limit themselves with something they do not have.

Even though Vujicic's visits are not frequent listening to him at least once can change the view of the world to many people.

"I don't think anyone would regret spending a weekend to go listen to Nick Vuijicic" said Minyoung Kim. "Even though you're not a Christian the story of Nick Vujicic is just amazing."
