- Identify target social media audiences and conduct market research to enhance marketing strategies.
- Collect data on traffic sources and user activities from social media products, and analyze sales funnel and engagement behaviors, including impacts of current digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor trends, tools and opportunities in social media environments, and conduct competitive analysis to devise integrated social media strategies.
