Syscall participated in the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2026, held from April 9 to 11 at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where the company actively promoted its next-generation smart calling solution, Syscall APP, as part of its strategy to expand in the global market.
MTE is one of Malaysia’s leading technology and innovation exhibitions, recognized as a major B2B technology fair in Southeast Asia where government agencies, universities, research institutions, and private companies gather together. This year’s event featured more than 300 domestic and international exhibitors, attracting buyers and industry professionals from various countries.
At the exhibition, Syscall introduced its well-established wireless calling bell systems alongside its newly launched flagship solution, Syscall APP. The app is a next-generation mobile platform that integrates traditional calling bell systems with smartphones, enabling users to check call histories, receive real-time alerts, respond without location constraints, and improve overall operational efficiency.
During live demonstrations, visitors showed strong interest as alerts were simultaneously sent to both conventional receivers and smartphone apps whenever a call bell was activated. In particular, younger business operators and multi-store managers responded positively to the ability to monitor call status directly from smartphones without requiring dedicated receivers.

Syscall also showcased emergency call software solutions applicable to a wide range of industries including factories, logistics centers, schools, and nursing care facilities. This highlighted the company’s transformation from a conventional hardware manufacturer into a software-based integrated calling and safety solution provider. Digital operational features such as floor-plan-based location display, emergency call history management, and real-time response systems received favorable feedback from local buyers.
Throughout the exhibition, buyers from across the ASEAN region—including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Brunei—visited the booth. Inquiries extended beyond restaurant calling systems to industrial solutions such as nurse call systems for hospitals, production line calling systems, and logistics worker communication systems.
A representative from Syscall stated, “The traditional calling bell market has largely been hardware-focused, but mobile connectivity and data-driven operational management will become the key competitive advantages moving forward. With the launch of Syscall APP, we aim to grow into a smart platform company that combines both hardware and software.”
Building on its accumulated expertise in wireless calling systems, Syscall plans to further expand software-driven smart calling solutions in Southeast Asia, not only for the F&B sector but also for healthcare, logistics, and industrial safety industries.
