SeniorCare Expo Poland is one of Poland’s leading trade exhibitions dedicated to the senior care industry, bringing together professionals from long-term care facilities, senior living communities, home care services, healthcare and rehabilitation sectors, as well as companies specializing in IT and IoT-based care technologies. The event serves as a platform for showcasing solutions that enhance elderly safety, improve care quality, and increase operational efficiency within care environments.
This year’s exhibition featured participation from key organizations within the Polish senior care sector, including KIDO (Polish Care Facility Association), FSC (Foundation for Senior Care Development), BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego), and KRDO (National Association of Care Facilities). Their involvement highlighted the continued growth and professionalization of Poland’s senior care industry.
At the exhibition, Syscall introduced its wireless nurse call systems and smart care solutions designed for hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and home care environments. One of the main attractions at the booth was the demonstration of Syscall’s next-generation Bluetooth call button system, scheduled for official launch soon, along with its dedicated mobile application, Syscall Link.
Visitors showed strong interest in the system’s ability to go beyond conventional call-button functionality. By enabling real-time communication between caregivers, family members, and care recipients, the solution supports faster response times and more effective emergency management.
Syscall also demonstrated how its application can be integrated with various wireless calling devices to create efficient workflows for healthcare and senior care facilities. Attendees recognized the potential of the system not only as a notification tool but also as a comprehensive solution for improving resident safety and enhancing staff productivity.
Through its participation in SeniorCare Expo Poland 2026, Syscall gained valuable insights into the growing demand across Europe for solutions related to elderly safety, home care, smart patient room management, and nursing facility communication systems. The company also established new connections with local healthcare providers and care facility operators, laying the groundwork for future product adoption, pilot projects, and strategic partnerships.
“SeniorCare Expo Poland 2026 was a meaningful opportunity to better understand the evolving needs of the European senior care market,” said Junyoung Park, Head of Sales at Syscall. “We observed strong interest in solutions that improve elderly safety and operational efficiency within care facilities. The positive feedback we received confirmed that Syscall’s wireless calling systems align well with these market demands.”
He added, “Building on our extensive experience supplying wireless communication solutions to restaurants, hospitals, factories, and industrial environments, Syscall plans to further expand into the senior care and healthcare sectors. Our participation in Poland marks an important step toward strengthening our presence in the European smart care market.”
With increasing demand for technology-driven care solutions across Europe, Syscall continues to develop innovative communication systems that support safer, smarter, and more efficient care environments.
