The approval marks another important milestone in EstroG-100®'s global expansion strategy and further strengthens the ingredient's presence across Turkiye, Europe, and other emerging international markets.
EstroG-100® is a proprietary botanical composition developed from the hot-water extracts of Cynanchum wilfordii, Phlomis umbrosa, and Angelica gigas. Designed as a non-hormonal solution for menopausal women, the ingredient has been supported by extensive scientific research, including six human clinical studies evaluating its efficacy and safety.
Through these studies, EstroG-100® has demonstrated significant improvements in a range of menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, nervousness, fatigue, mood changes, and vaginal dryness. Long-term safety has also been confirmed, with no clinically significant changes observed in hormone levels, body weight, or key safety biomarkers.
In addition to its clinical validation, EstroG-100® is produced through a solvent-free hot-water extraction process that uses only purified water and no chemical solvents. This manufacturing approach helps maintain the integrity of naturally occurring bioactive compounds while enhancing ingredient purity and consistency, supporting the ingredient's position as a clean-label, plant-based solution for women's health.
EstroG-100® has achieved regulatory recognition in major markets around the world. The ingredient received FDA New Dietary Ingredient (NDI) notification in the United States, Natural Product Number (NPN) registration in Canada, Novel Food authorization in the European Union, FSSAI approval in India, and most recently regulatory approval in Turkiye.
With these approvals, EstroG-100® now holds regulatory recognition across major global markets and is currently exported to more than 49 countries worldwide, demonstrating its growing international acceptance as a science-backed, non-hormonal solution for women's health.
The partnership with Phytonet AG is expected to accelerate market penetration within Turkiye, particularly through pharmacy and healthcare professional channels. By combining EstroG-100®'s strong scientific credentials with Phytonet AG's market expertise and distribution capabilities, the collaboration aims to expand access to evidence-based, non-hormonal menopause solutions for women across the region.
"As consumer demand for effective and safe menopause solutions continues to grow worldwide, regulatory validation and trusted local partnerships are becoming increasingly important," said Mr. Hee-do Kim, President of Naturalendo Tech Co., Ltd. "The approval in Turkiye and our partnership with Phytonet AG represent another step forward in our mission to provide clinically supported women's health solutions to more women globally."
