The program was held as part of the 2026 Korea Aesthetic Preceptorship Program under the theme "Round Table Discussion for Sculptra," bringing together leading physicians to share clinical strategies for Lifting Sculptra and discuss the philosophy behind modern anti-aging treatments.
Seventeen KOL physicians from major cities across China participated in the preceptorship. Rather than a conventional lecture, the program was designed as an interactive academic session featuring panel discussions and case-based learning. Participants exchanged practical insights on treatment design and patient management that can be directly applied in clinical practice.
The program reflected the rapidly evolving global trends in anti-aging medicine. Modern anti-aging has shifted beyond simply restoring lost volume toward rebuilding facial structural balance and support. Lifting Sculptra, which stimulates collagen regeneration to achieve gradual and natural-looking rejuvenation, has emerged as one of the leading treatment approaches representing this evolution.
During the session, Dr. Lee explained facial aging through anatomical changes across multiple layers—including the skin, fat, retaining ligaments, and muscles—and emphasized the importance of treating these layers in an integrated manner based on each patient's unique aging pattern. Drawing on Page Lab Clinic's anti-aging philosophy, "Full-spectrum Approach to Facial Aging," she presented real clinical cases while explaining personalized treatment protocols and the rationale behind comprehensive treatment design.
One of the key discussion topics centered on Lifting Sculptra. Participants explored advanced concepts including anatomical target selection, injection depth, treatment planning, and multi-layer injection strategies to maximize natural lifting outcomes. In-depth discussions also focused on restoring structural support to achieve long-term facial rejuvenation.
Another major topic was the growing phenomenon known as "Wegovy Face," which has become an increasingly important issue in global aesthetic medicine. Based on a deeper understanding of facial volume loss and structural changes following GLP-1 weight-loss therapy, participants actively exchanged perspectives on the role of Lifting Sculptra and collagen-stimulating treatments in addressing these concerns.
The program also covered the prevention and management of Overfilled Syndrome, as well as the industry's shift toward anti-aging approaches that prioritize long-lasting, natural-looking results over excessive volume augmentation.
"The future of global anti-aging is no longer about simply adding volume," said Dr. Lee So You. "It is evolving toward treatments that respect each patient's facial anatomy and aging pattern while achieving natural lifting and improved skin quality. This preceptorship provided a valuable opportunity to share our accumulated clinical experience with physicians from around the world and engage in meaningful discussions on advanced treatment approaches."
Page Lab Clinic continues to advance its proprietary Lifting Sculptra protocols while actively participating in clinical education and academic collaboration with physicians both in Korea and internationally. As one of Korea's leading institutions in Sculptra treatment volume, the clinic remains committed to expanding global academic exchange through its extensive clinical experience and evidence-based treatment expertise.
