The signing ceremony was attended by Jeong Ho Choo, Chief Executive Officer of Futurenuri, and Jakhongir Radjabov, Executive Director of IT Park Uzbekistan.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will jointly identify, develop and implement technology-based projects, including digital library solutions, digital platforms and information systems. They will also work together to support Uzbekistan’s digital transformation and improve access to digital services.
Futurenuri plans to establish a local subsidiary in Uzbekistan and expand its operations around an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) integrated digital library system, as well as internet-based testing (IBT) and computer-based testing (CBT) systems. The company intends to build localized implementation, operations and technical-support capabilities to help advance the digitalization of Uzbekistan’s education and knowledge-information infrastructure.

The parties also discussed potential cooperation in food distribution management and the prevention of product counterfeiting and tampering. Radjabov expressed keen interest in introducing Futurenuri’s URCODE (UR-CODE) technology in Uzbekistan. The technology can support rapid identification of large volumes of objects and applications designed to prevent counterfeiting and tampering.
In addition, the two organizations agreed to broaden their cooperation to other CIS markets by first developing a proven business model in Uzbekistan. The MOU includes plans to use Uzbekistan as a regional hub for identifying market opportunities, potential partners and customers across the CIS, as well as for conducting joint marketing, promotion and business-development activities.
“By combining the technological capabilities and networks of both organizations, we will be able to offer solutions tailored to the rapidly growing demand for educational digitalization in Uzbekistan,” Choo said. “We will use the Uzbek market as a springboard to expand our business footprint together across the CIS region.”
The parties also discussed concrete measures to advance the partnership. Jong Hwan Seo, Executive Director and Head of Strategic Business at Futurenuri, and Daniyar Atadjanov, Head of IT Park’s Liaison Office in Korea, discussed ways to identify and pursue joint projects not only in Uzbekistan but also in Korea. The two sides plan to develop project-specific implementation plans and individual cooperation arrangements to deliver tangible results.
