IDEATEC and Tuxera Pursue Strategic Technology Partnership for Enterprise AI “Data-to-Action”

Combining Tuxera’s high-performance enterprise file data access with IDEATEC AX iPaaS’s AI connectivity and execution capabilities

SEOUL, South Korea – September 9, 2026 – IDEATEC, a provider of AI connectivity and execution platforms, announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Tuxera, a global provider of file system and data infrastructure software. The partnership will focus on developing a joint “Data-to-Action” business model that connects enterprise data access and AI intelligence with secure, real-world business execution.
 
The partnership ceremony was held at IDEATEC’s headquarters in Seocho-dong, Seoul, on September 9, 2026.

The ceremony was attended by Tuxera CTO Ned Pyle and Tuxera Korea Country Manager Bill Woong-sik Woo, along with IDEATEC CEO Jung-soo Lee and CMO Lucy Lee. Pyle, a data and file systems expert with 20 years of experience at Microsoft, joined the discussion on future technology collaboration and opportunities to expand the partnership into joint business initiatives.
 
The core of the partnership is not simply to combine specific products or prioritize a reseller relationship. Instead, the two companies aim to define the end-to-end enterprise AI service chain across three layers: Data, Intelligence, and Action, connect their respective areas of expertise.
 
Within this structure, Tuxera will provide a high-performance and scalable access layer for large volumes of unstructured enterprise file data. AI partners will support the Intelligence Layer through technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), vision-language models (VLMs), and AI agents. IDEATEC will provide the Action Layer, connecting AI decisions to enterprise operations and governing their execution through AI Gateway, MCP, APIs, and an integration runtime.
 

Tuxera Fusion serves as the Data Access Layer, enabling AI workloads to access enterprise file data, including documents, images, logs, reports, and AI datasets quickly and reliably. IDEATEC AX iPaaS connects AI agents with ERP, CRM, MES, databases, SaaS applications, and legacy systems through APIs and MCP. It also provides the capabilities required for workflow execution, service orchestration, policy enforcement, security, monitoring, and auditing.
 
The two companies do not assume that Tuxera and AX iPaaS must be directly connected through a dedicated proprietary connector. Their initial priority is to validate a joint reference architecture that clearly defines the role and technical boundaries of each layer, centered on standard file access interfaces and AI runtime environments.
 
IDEATEC AX iPaaS is an enterprise AI Connectivity and Governed Action Platform that connects databases, legacy systems, cloud applications, LLMs, and AI agents. It enables enterprises and public institutions to design, execute, orchestrate, and govern workflows spanning multiple systems. The companies will pursue the partnership through a phased approach, initially focusing on technical validation. In the first phase, they will review and validate the interoperability of a joint reference architecture incorporating Fusion SMB, Kubernetes, RAG and LLM environments, as well as IDEATEC’s AI Gateway, MCP, and AX iPaaS. Based on the validation results, the two companies plan to develop a joint solution package and expand their collaboration through joint go-to-market initiatives.
