Why Dots Inc. Partners with SERAC to Pilot Test AI-Powered Robot 'Momo' for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in California

San Ramon, CA – November 22, 2024 – Why Dots Inc., a developer of AI-based social welfare robots (CEO Young Seop Yoon), announced that on November 22 (local time), it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SERAC (CEO Dr. Hyon Soo Lee), a research-based special education consulting company, in San Ramon, California, to conduct a pilot test of the robot 'Momo'.   This agreement aims to introduce the robot 'Momo', which has been successfully operating in Korea, to the California region in the United States. The goal is to localize tailored services for individuals with developmental disabilities and improve the technology based on actual user feedback.   Expanding the Success of Robot 'Momo' from Korea to the U.S. The robot 'Momo' is an intelligent robot that assists language development using AI and provides content for emotional understanding and cognitive stimulation. It utilizes voice-based conversational functions to help train the social skills of individuals with developmental disabilities. In Korea, 'Momo' has contributed to the emotional understanding and social improvement of over 200 children with developmental disabilities, proving its effectiveness.   The pilot test will be conducted for approximately three months from December 2, 2024, to the end of February 2025. The test targets Americans and Korean Americans who are clients of SERAC. Clean California, 돌로레스 공원 아름답게 가꾸다

클린 캘리포니아 (Clean California) 는 Refuse Refuse, 샌프란시스코 공공사업부, 킵 아메리카 뷰티풀 (Keep America Beautiful), 킵 캘리포니아 뷰티풀 (Keep California Beautiful) 그리고 샌프란시스코 지역 자원봉사자들과 협력하여 지난 11월 12일 일요일에 상징적인 멕시코 자유의 종이 있는 돌로레스 공원을 청소하기 위해 함께 모였습니다. 이 특별한 청소 활동은 돌로레스 공원의 아름다움을 보존하고 개선하기 위해 지역사회 전체가 함께 모인 행사였습니다. 두시간 동안 진행된 이 행사에는 57명의 자원봉사자가 참여하여 300파운드의 쓰레기를 수거했습니다.   Refuse Refuse는 Clean California와 파트너십을 시작하고, 샌프란시스코와 캘리포니아주에서 쓰레기를 줄이는 데 도움이 되는 인식을 제고하고 해결책을 실행하기 위해 주 교통국 Caltrans, Keep America Beautiful, Keep California Beautiful과 협력하게 되어 기쁘게 생각합니다. ▶문= California Dream for All 론 프로그램으로 주택 구입하는 방법이 있나요?     ▶답= 이 프로그램의 본래 명칭은 California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loan입니다. 이 론 프로그램은 캘리포니아주 정부가캘리포니아 첫 주택 구매자들이 주택을 구매하는데 필요한 다운 페이먼트를 보조해 주는 프로그램입니다. 이 프로그램의 목적은 캘리포니아의 과도한 집값 상승으로  힘들어하는 캘리포니아 첫 주택 구매자들이 무이자로 20%의 다운페이를 보조받아 자신의 집을 구매하는데, 도움을 주려는 프로그램입니다.     그동안 주 정부, 시 정부, county에서 첫 주택 구매자의 다운페이먼트를 보조해 주는 프로그램이 있었지만, 주택 구매자의 인컴 리밋이 너무 낮아서 많은 사람이 사용하지를 못했습니다. 하지만 이번에 나온 Dream for All 프로그램은 인컴 제한 낮지 않아서 캘리포니아에서 첫 주택 구매를 원하는 많은 분에게 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다. 하지만 fund의 제한이 있기 때문에 가능한 한 빨리 신청하는 것이 유리합니다.   Dream for All 론 프로그램의 자격조건을 살펴보면,   첫째, First home buyer이어야 합니다. 3년 안에 주택을 소유하지 않았다면 이 프로그램의 조건에 맞는 것입니다. 즉 주택을 소유했어도 3년 전에 집을 팔고, 현재 주택을 소유하지 않고 있다면, 이 프로그램에 신청할 수 있습니다.   둘째 캘리포니아 안에 있는 주택만 가능합니다.     셋째, 집을 구매한 후에 본인이 직접 살아야 합니다. 구매한 집이 Primary  residence가 되어야 합니다.     넷째, 집의 종류는 어떤 집이든 가능합니다.
